We are Access Arts For All. We're a community group run for and by the disabled community. Founded in 2023, the group was set up to connect people, to amplify disabled voices and to promote creativity as a means to improve wellbeing and reduce social isolation.

We run a series of collaborative, online and in-person activities for disabled creatives, their support workers and carers. Previous projects have included wellbeing arts and crafts sessions, a futuristic theatre production, a creative writing group and a journalism programme. We put accessibility and inclusion at the centre of everything we do, to ensure all member's needs are met.

We have received Arts Council funding to support the work we do to support the disabled community. Our latest programme is based on two projects:

• Mindful Mondays - a series of arts, crafts and creative sessions created to help members to try new things, make new friends and unwind. These sessions have kicked off with February to April's activities being run in partnership with Kent Wildlife Trust as part of their Reaching Greater Heights Project.
  
  
• Ramp it Up – An online magazine and podcast project that amplifies disabled people’s voices and provides a platform to share reviews, interviews and personal experiences. Members can take part as a contributor or join our training programme to learn all about how to create content for a magazine.

We love to collaborate, and so far we have worked with some brilliant organisations. The brilliant partners we are working with for our current programme are Co-relate and Kent Wildlife Trust, who we are looking forward to an exciting year with.
